About Us

Our Mission

is to help individuals and families experience holistic healing—mind, body, and spirit

We provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling and support to guide people through life’s most challenging struggles, empowering them to live with hope, resilience, and renewed purpose.

 Our Beliefs

True North Wellness is a Bible-believing, Christ-centered counseling ministry rooted in the hope and love of Jesus.

We believe God is the source of true healing and that Scripture guides lasting transformation. While we cannot meet every need, we are committed to faithfully doing our part to bring hope, help, and meaningful impact to each person’s healing journey.

 Our Church

True North Wellness is is an overflow of True North Church’s heart for the community.

We believe the Church is the hope of the world, not because it’s filled with perfect people, but with people honestly following a perfect Savior. We believe biblical community plays an essential role in supporting individuals, couples, and families through every season of life, especially the difficult ones.

I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

John 16:33
